Usually when people participate in advanced research they are very aware of how fast their info becomes dated. All your talk about Helium say you have not done much to stay current. Today almost all MRIs which needing magnetic fields as high as 20 Tesla. and to be able to turn them on and off quickly still need low temp superconductors. You should look up how a Cryocooler works. Todays MRIs reuse Helium they just re-liquefy it. Most common type of cooler is a Gifford-McMahon (GM) coolers[4] Try looking it up.
