I assume you're talking about the hourly chart. That pattern is typically on a longer time frame. Regardless, October 3rd saw an increase in shorts, sitting at 5.91%. It looks like today will add to that percentage. Bears are pressing on an unresolved issue. I doubt we're out of the woods until something concrete is announced. IMO, this is still a buying opportunity, smaller buys spaced out over time for a long term hold is how I see taking the best advantage of the situation.
