I have a question. If there is very low subscription to the SPP because, say, the SP remains much below 0.75 on Dec. 4. Then, JP Morgan must buy the 25M shares for 0.75 or they get it for the 10-14 Dec. average minus 2.5% the same as the subscribers?
Anyone knows?
