Being less progressed than LYC might work to ARU's advantage.
By the time they get to production, Nolan's alone could quite easily have quadrupled in value (through a combination of resource upgrades and higher REE prices).
Factor in their other projects, and it's not too much of a stretch to arrive at a total IGV for all ARU's resources of close to $50 billion. This does, however, require sizeable resource upgrades which at this stage is pure speculation.
Regardless, its not hard to focus on the value equation, given the current market cap of a little over $200M for ARU.
