If they attempt to achieve a controlling stake though??
What would be nice for shareholders is if LYC came in with a counter offer at a higher price meaning less dilution. Let's say 75 million shares at 25 cents!! They then have around 40 to 45 with their 9% already taken into consideration.
If 51% is wanted then LYC will have to shelve out an additional 10 or so million higher at 25 cents.
If they attempt to achieve a controlling stake though?? What...
