Alkane still is just a dream and yet mere hope is able to move this stock although it probably still is years away from production. Its stock has been on a tear of late and up again this morning. In contrast, Lynas has an large and operating mine, a concentrator, and refinery in Malaysia. And probably is just days away from its operating license. Yet, its stock is at an almost rock bottom price and can't seem to get up.
