If Lynas NEXT is executed without issues and condisoil is approved, even I believe there is still extremely good returns to be had investing in Lynas. I doubt there will be room in the market for another RE company over next 5-10 years unless demand explodes, which I doubt. The EV revolution will take longer to materialise than many "experts" expect IMO.

Its going to take any new entrant, if they can find funding and off take partners outside china, a long time to build up a reputation of reliable production and then further build a customer base.

Any company hoping to make it dealing exclusively with China for funding and off take is dreaming IMO. Like selling your soul to the devil in the RE sector.
