You are correct they are not. That is correct but is about to change. unlike Lynas who chosed to partner with USG on Texas and changed their goals to get more us Money and is now far behind the 2019 schedule which said Texas would be done in Fall of 2022. MP picked GM and actually turned down USG money. During covid they sliped there schedule they announced in Q meeting what schedule and cost impact was. When they were put behind by Plumbing and electrical problems They told us. and used money to fix it and it worked.
So yes they are about 7 years behind Lynas as fare as producing high grade REO at the purity needed. They will probably catch up in next year. But they will then quickly pass because they will be doing heavies Metal and magnets long before Lynas Texas facility is done.
