    Yes they have gone bankrupt once. Could you help me out and explain why that is relevant. here are just a few reasons why i think it is irrelevant.
    1. The current team bought it at auction and has zero links to old management.
    2. They have chose to use private money for expansion vs USG which has many pitfalls
    3. They have a multi-step expansion plan not go for the gold like old management.
    4. They have a great resource on Mountain pass not as good at Mt weld but still one of top 10 in world.

    I have more I will hold them until you defend your position at lease a little bit.
