Agree with consolidation... I'd guess that LYC will do a full nyse listing during 1st half of 2014... (Nic did say at an investor call that he won't be doing this until profitable -> implies after Q1/Q2 2013.)
This timing would be to support the anticipated 600m funding of phase 3 plant for Duncan.
