No doubt this post will be given many thumbs down and I'm sure many will demand that it be removed.
I've followed LYC in recent months, not for the company itself, I would never put money into such risk, but for all the psychology behind the threads.
Hotcopper has long had a bad reputation of being a rampers paradise and of being aggressive to those with opposing views from the herd - a reputation that HC has done little to alter.
To all those LYC posters that ramped the crap out of this thing, whether the blatantly obvious or the more subtle, there is a very real possibility that you cost a perfect stranger money. Before anyone suggests that the responsibility is on the buyer that's rubbish. Lyc forums are full of gullible inexperienced investors that are likely to buy from what is written on an anonymous forum. It's the responsibility of the more experienced to present the objective side and suggest that falling in love with a stock is about the most dangerous action any investor/trader can do.
LYC will most likely have its day, however it won't be the wealth creator many are hoping for. No doubt there will be another LYC in months/years or years to come, hopefully when it comes some of you will remeber this post.
