Probably a lot of blood for someone that never has to do manual labour, never cooks, never cuts his fingers. Taken in context he could probably say that it was a lot of blood, to him it probably was. Then, as we all know, he is known to exaggerate and also lie. Biden lies too, bigtime. Nothing to see here.
