ArafuraInvestor, your using Ce in your Duncan calcs. Refer to Lynas's Duncan update:

Note the Ce is being discarded to get at a higher volume of the good stuff. Obviously made the decision Ce is not economic at the higher production costs/lack of market.
As a result of discarding 40%!!!!! of ROM the remaining 60% has far higher values of CREO.
Do your work again on the projected production numbers, they are outstanding in view of all projected CREO production pre 2016.
My calcs gave me circa $120kg from memory. Note Lynas have used China domestic prices + VAT rather than FOB but that may be very conservative given the demand profiles for CREO as expressed by the DoE CM report.
