Ausheds, I like that dividend talk!... I hope we see some M&A first and then pad the balance sheet... I do think Lynas is significantly undervalued when I look at it's closest competitor Moly... Moly faces some huge challenges with developing it's new acquisitions Santaku and especially the legacy soviet era Estonia facility... Mark Smith (Moly CEO) seemed to be somewhat uneasy when he described how he would need to employee the synergies of all of the companies to combine the assets into a single functioning unit...
It's going to be tough, IMO it presents technology and tremendous logistics and supply chain problems that will be expensive to solve... However these acquisitions and PR provided fantastic investor fodder, something Moly has mastered...
As for the Lynas headwiinds, IMO these challenges are presented to those best able to solve them... Lynas is fortunate to be in the position to have these problems to solve... There is too much IP, experience and capital to allow technical issues to sideline a project of this size and caliber... Also, as I mentioned on the other board, Lynas has specifically set aside a contingency budget to deal with problems like the dam... IMO Lynas is a much stronger company substantially ahead of Moly, but has a serious lack of charisma...
