I'd disagree - Lynas has NOT yet achieved "producer status".
Hasn't actually produced anything yet. That will occur when the first OUTPUT from the plant emerges, and all teething troubles have been sorted out.
What we have today is first feed. No production. That is at least 45 days away at the earliest.
So I think your heading is highly misleading, to say the least.
And the market - so far today, at least - seems to be agreeing. Up a couple of cents, but still with HEAVY selling pressure.
