Connect the dots. US knew the Taliban would takeover. Afghanistan has trillions worth of strategic resources. Lynas has developed a relationship with Blue Line, the DoD, with Kalgorlie they have excess refining capacity. Afghanistan is closer to Malaysia. The world is running out of RE or why are we going to Mars. The Taliban seems to be making the right noises and need development to make their country work. Think about it.
