TraderV, you're entitled to your opinion, but I don't know why you persist in trying to put lipstick on a pig, other than short term fear of negative repercussions to the share price if this PIG of a deal is stopped.
If I owned the Sydney Harbour bridge and the rights to all of the bridge tolls every year, then my sister offers to buy the bridge and toll rights for $1, it doesn't make it a great deal if my sister then says I can drive my car over the bridge for free. It's my damn bridge and I'm not selling!
