The fix for the 2 new conditions is on its way to KL as of today. I think is it uninformed and self-serving speculation that there still will be 2 months before the TOL handover or that the PSC, which isn't even part of the approval process (had it been then the minister certainly would have waited for before making his decision will be an obstacle. GoldenSlacks, the international money grubbers, must be short LYC! It is that simple.
