2 month delay doesn't serve anyone's interest gov or Lynas (oct nov election).
I think big boys got caught on Friday and didn't see ministers decision coming, thus the article and an attempt at more breathing space to cover.
The sp was $1.12 two weeks ago, the rush for the gates line doesn't gel with me.
