Consider Lynas progress over last three years:
2012 Annual Revenue: 0.3 Million
2013 Annual Revenue: ~62 Million
2014 Annual Revneue: ~62 Million (Just for the last six months...)

And although Lynas is currently not at break-even point, they are very close to significant breakthrough...

There may be many other mine that may higher grade weight in terms of REE ore, but there are very few rare earth mine in the world that can be operated over 20+ year like Lynas's Mount Weld - Which I consider significant USP for Lynas.
