That is true.What quantity od the REE in demand is the question.
Look at th figures that you provided.
Lanthanum Oxide = 23.8%
Cerium Oxide = 49.3 %
together = 73.1%
These are the LREE Lynas wishes that they never existed in the mix .
DYOR , re the cause of high COP to process the valued REE.
