Broker Recommendations for LYC
JP Morgan 23-Jan-13 JP Morgan is more positive on Lynas and has now rated the stock as Overweight. This is because of its strong leverage to recovering economies, despite weak rare earths prices. The broker also believes valuation is compensating for the protest actions the company still courts.
JP Morgan believes its highly unlikely the Malaysian court will shut the LAMP down now. Moreover, commercial shipments are targeted for this quarter and the balance sheet risk is reduced.
The price target is $1.
