I think I understand your "worst case scenario" evaluation. I have thought the same for some time and agree. It's a lovely fundamental :) I'm not prepared to look at prices of RE inflated from current price, though they may go there, but do think that all holders are sitting pretty with the end game way north of where we currently are.
Fundamentals say buy at this price :)
