The big difference, a gain of 4.8% in Nd Oxide is a change from $62.5/kg to $65.5/kg FOB. A direct basket price increase of $0.55 (using the mt weld 18.5% distribution of Nd, although phase 1 is only producing Nd/Pr Oxide, not separate).
Whereas the 4.58% decrease in La oxide price is a reduction from $6.55/kg to $6.25/kg FOB which results in a $0.0765 reduction in the basket price.
