I think the last one published in detail was the 9/9/9 investor presentation, when cash costs were expected to be $5.65, +/- 10%. It also details where product is expected to be used - disk drives for video players and cameras, computers, iPods and data storage. Cathode ray tubes. Fluorescent lights. LED TVs. NiMH batteries. That is, applications which are now obsolete or becoming so. Plus some others which are almost all magnet oriented and still in demand.
Although there isn't a more up-to-date published plan, if there is one in Kuantan I suspect the main component is reliance on that 18th rare earth, Hopium. Realising profitably that element seems to be proving difficult.
