i have read this 10 times and still dont know
“Lynas was issued a permit by Australia to build a factory to extract rare earth oxide from rare earth ore. Its plan to export rare earth ore to Malaysia therefore contradicts the permit terms.”
Australia issued the permit to build a factory in Australia but they built a factory in Malaysia - is this correct?
If correct isnt it up to Malaysia to issue the permit to import the ore?
looking like a buy soon
