LYC will import a Rare Earth mineral concentrate into Malaysia.
LYC, at Mt Weld mine ORE which they put through a flotation concentrator to produce the Rare Earth mineral concentrate which will be exported for refining at the LAMP.
Ore is mined, when ore has been processed it usually turns into a concentrate which pretty much involves recovering the valuable minerals into said concentrate while rejecting the worthless parts of the ore. This makes transport easier and cheaper and produces a product suitable for further purification by refineries. Very few metals DON't follow this path.
