perhaps this is not panic selling
and perhaps the selling is not mad

to me, this stock looks like it has being systematically share-swapped, and walked-down, over the past several years.
imo, the style of (and delay and lack of) announcements and apparent oversights are in accordance with this, by chance or otherwise.

even some of the so-called brightest sparks here have being essentially panic buying all the way down, now they are seriously in the red - possibly still buying (otherwise known as averaging down)

i just heard dow at record highs - don't all boats float?
from memory, wasn't this project feasable at RE prices 1/4 what they are now (can't be bothered wasting my time checking this)?
