Yes but look at the recent talks by AL. she wants goverment money not private I will let you decide if that is good or bad. I worked early in my carrere for companies that relied on on goverment Money both DOD at Ratheon and Darpa ENCORE. It is a horiable buisness. For her and POL to only talk about demand which is great and not talk about Price drops for Oxides says alot. The did talk about fix prised contracts which with small price changes is great for both parties. Unfortunatly they have one problem. Prices get two low and your costerms cannot compete on WW market. so they ask you for a drop in price. you say no they just go to China. It is not that they are corrupt. It is just if they lose money they go BK.
