**Malaysian Govt. approved LYC to build the LAMP in their country with TAX incentives,already knowing the nature of the LYC business and that there would be some protesting.
**The AELB has given LYC 11 requirement's to meet so they approve the issuing of the POL. Lyc after a 10 year process is not going to NOT meet these requirements.
**The Govt. has said if a POL is issued to LYC there will be a very strict monitoring of the safety standards during the next 2 years of production, if these standards are not followed LYC will not be given a full operating licence.This says to me the Govt. has covered itself just in case there is a problem so the issuing of the POL is not critical especially when the AELB has given their approval.
Taking all of this into account I truly believe the Malay Govt will issue LYC with the POL within the next 48 hours...GET ON BOARD AS THE TRAIN IS ABOUT TO LEAVE THE STATION...IMO
