Rorkes - spot on. The concept of the temporary license combined with the minister confirming yesterday it was his view it was best to monitor concerns over next 2 years demonstrate this was set in stone a long time ago and nothing has changed. Those with concerns would have had to submit hard and fast evidence that public safety would be immediately put at risk, which of course they can't without the plant being up and running - the Malaysian govt have completely covered themselves. POL will certainly go ahead. Ann shortly after cabinet meeting, my guess.
