It's worth remembering that a solid majority of Lynas's income will come from two light REs - Neodymium and Praseodymium- both of which can be separated at the LAMP.
It would be nice if they could get at the Europium (another solid contributor) without Toll processing in China. (I expected Rhodia's La Rochelle in France to do it but the current commentary seems to be suggesting otherwise.)
