Lynas made an announcement as soon as it could post the dj newsrelsase. Everyone is a speculative trader on this stock given the political uncertainty. From what I have learnt today is that no one knows which way the malaysian govt decision will go, but they are praying on every word. If it drops again post $1 then it's insider trading and I'll join the wall street protest. If it rises post $1.25 then its manipulation and I'll join the wall street protest. Capitalist greedy pigs, yep sums us all up nicely.
