nice try, but lynas (ceo e.n. i think he said this during an interview in april 2013) said... the COP IS around $25/kg and COULD go down to ~ $15/kg, IF we run lamp phase I AND II up to 100%.
so, here we go. lamp phase I will NOT run up to 100% AND lamp phase II will be mothballed and has to wait till the demand is rising. that are facts, no crystal ball needed.
