Increasing Phase 1 output to 13K tons by utilising part
of Phase 2 is very interesting and accommodates, in part, a transition to
firing up Phase 2.
I would have thought that a "Chinese Team" would be a security threat
and I am very surprised that LYC has taken this risk. But I guess for a start-up company, LYC needs to buy the experience.
