In the convertion ann, Lynas mentioned everytime the convertion can give Lynas "next phase" and "future growth". IMO, it is additional growth. It is another new project. The convertion price is priced when Lynas was in deep trouble. Will a company offer such discount for future growth? Normally the money requirement of additional growth of a company is from bank or at its current or even future status. That ann explanation are are mixed up with principal.
