Lamp is not in production... Yet. So i don't see anything to strange as the REE price has been moving down for the last 5 months which matches the chart weakness of LYC.. There is some doubt with the pol so investors are waiting on the sidelines to get in....expect re rate once pol is issued than, another re-rate once commissioning is finished...
