..but we all know that if the Government wishes to ?prove? or ?disprove? something they hold a Royal Commission?. It subdues the populous. All they do is write the appropriate frame of reference. With that any Royal Commission can prove anything the ruling Government wants?

So too with ?commercial reports??if the reporting company wants another reporting contract they?ll ensure they write what the PAYING company wants. It?s an age old technique call ?commercial survival?.
