Lynas had proven in italics. Hilarious. They've never proven they can deliver what you think ex-Japan ex-China demand should be when you think it will be.
You know NO SUCH THING, nothing. You have no crystal ball. Neither do CEOs who watched Lynas sell out to JAPAN.
WHY SHOULD THE US (i.e., myself as a taxpayer) GIVE LYNAS MONEY?
