if not him one of his spoke persons. Besides these few brief mentions, which received lots of space on this board what else has he done. When has any Democratic Senator or congress person mentioned REE since march. All presidents before they take direct action ask members of congress to send up trial balloons as a test before they commit.
Most good mangers know if they have too many high priorities they will fail on many. Here are a few that i think are way out in frount for Biden.
Covid 19
Reestablishing America with its traditional allies.
Exerting more influence over China in military maters.
Exerting more influence over China in trade maters. REE may be part of this but focus is much larger than REE.
Exerting more influence over CCP in military maters.
Border problems
Straitening out Americas policing system.
Gun control.
Americas infrastructure.
Stopping a potential recession that probably will not happen anyways. .
Giveaways to the poor to secure their votes.
Opening up the polls to more voters.

With the exception off some of my tong in cheek descriptions of his ideas All of these he has given dedicated talks. REE does not come close.

So if you want to hang on Biden's casual mention of REE and expect any action out of US that will help Lynas in a big way that is fine. I will not take any US words into consideration till I see some solid action. Still might buy soon but not because I expect anything from US to help Lynas SP between now and 2023.

Yes they may get 30 to 50 M for expansion in Texas. but that is over time and goes for construction costs. Lynas is now doing about 400M a year in revenue. If they receive 50 M over 4 years and revenue growth is what I think it will be then in % terms AUD 64M / by 2 B in revenue is less than 3 %. Every penny helps but is this enough to get excited about? not for me.

Now if they come out with a plan with some real money and byte in it I will get excited but I see no indication of it today. I will wait to see what tomorrow brings.
