I am very happy with all the permits. Because permits were such a hassle after Lamp was complete, and still are to day for Lamp I think we may be overly focused on permits and not enough on just building the facility and getting it up and running.
A good rule to follow is never to lose focus on any part of a project because you are focusing on a problem area. Especially if it was a problem on a past project and looks OK on this one.
All the permits in place means nothing if KAL is not up and running in time to avoid a shutdown of the Lamp. The reverse is true as well plant completed without every permit if it does not prevent shut down.
So both are important keep looking at both.
