I have said this before but the MAY 2019 plan had the most detail 2020 and 2021 each had less than the year before. Look back at NEXT first very general detail at the AM. Then more detail nearly every Q CC. I am probably overly pessimistic, when info decreases (as opposed to becoming more detailed) I look for problems. As a project manger during the concept stage I was very happy for this task will take 4 to 6 months. But once we were well into design I expected schedule to show weekly goals. Now when I sent status to my management this was reduced to monthly goals and the task count was reduced by a lot. The team above me knew I had more details and could ask at any time to see it.
