I've spoken with Lynas at length about the PDF.
They keep referring to the fact that the so-called waste is commercially valuable.
Perhaps this is why they were given 10 months to come up with a PDF; because they believe it may be totally unnecessary.
I agree with the idea of making a PDF on site.
Who cares if it is never used.
Perhaps they will be able to convert it into a swimming pool for staff!
