IMHO, LYC will be waiting until the end of the year for approval and that is the earliest date. Put simply, Najib will not make any decision until the election is over.

If his team of advisors are on the ball, they will quickly determine that it is only a minority group objecting to the LAMP, and that the majority including the royal family, are all for the existance of the LAMP.
He should be advised that it is a sign of strength and good leadership and infact, with all the negative publicity building about SMSL and their negative impact on Malaysia, it is a good time to ensure the TOL proceeds unhindered.
my money is on tomorrow.
