Yes but Lynas has plenty expertise to assist with stage 2. Stage 3 plans would be of more interest. If Lynas is on board, Japanese magnet expertise might be brought in with lynas close Japan ties. I'm just jumping ahead trying to figure the benefits of any merger apart from the obvious US Australia tie in.
