Totally agree RVR.
Why on earth would Lynas consider a deal " at a significant premium to the ... company’s current share price"??
If they need more feed stock expand Mt Weld operations as they just have.
If they want magnet partnerships their current Japanese customers will be happy to expand with demand, I'm sure. Including US-based manufacture. Those current partners/customers are producing now, not selling a MP pipe dream.
Other than that what's the Lynas upside??
I think it's a somewhat hysterical spin probably with its origins in the MP PR team.
(Maybe they WOULD add some value given Lynas' poor PR.)
