I’m speculating the potential merge is around necessity, in order ti circumvent national security issues. As close as an Allie Australia is with US of A, there would be conflict of interest when dealing with DoD.
Personally, I like the idea of cosying up to MP. Not only will Lyc be only independent operator outside of China, it will be a wide open front door to the west.
