Jay it seems you and USG have swallowed one piece of MP misinformation: that they're a good source of HRE.
They've been trying that line for the best part of a decade and its pure BS. (Remember Molycorp's 'HRE in the carpark' fiasco?)
The Tech Metals Research website, a great resource, gives the following grades: hope the columns align!

So MP has half the Tb and an eighth the Dy as Mt Weld CLD while Duncan is well ahead of both of them.
MP do a lot of bragging much of it pure hot air.
