Believe the water issues relates to the recycled water supply agreement and their ability to provide enough water for Lynas needs without affecting other customers.
Worst case Lynas can use scheme water supply (IWSS). Doesn’t align with the companies best practice sustainability principles, but there’s certainly no issue around the ability to supply Lynas with water.
