How often are you going to look else ware for something to boost Lynas. From Xi Biden meetings to COP and now us FED. why not start with the simple. revenue Profits and book value. these three have been the standard for over 150 years. Yes emotion will lift sectors for a while like they did to the entire green sector and now AI. Long term if the company does not have earnings it will not grow. It is that simple. Lynas has earnings declining since 2022. They are not growing and that means the SP is going down. Yes you can see some correlations with past interest rates but is it a major factor? If you cannot show why lower interest rates will boost Lynas revenue and profits then it is not going to help. I do not think lower interest rates will raise REE prices. I do not think Lower interest rates will boost Lynas capacity. So the answer is lower interest rates will not help Lynas SP.
I also think 3 years is a long time for prices to stay low. It is Clear as indicated by China raises quotas 3 times last year verses the usual two they do not want prices to go up much in the near future. Until REE prices rise 100% to 800 RMB / KG WV the chance of Lynas having robust profits to support stock prices over 7.00 is unlikely. there is a big exception too this if prices start rising rapidly so people can see 800 RMB in a year the SP will go up because we will know it has a good chance of making it.
When people say things like REE prices will stay low without defining what they mean by low I do not put much value in it. Same goes for people that say they will go up.
